Hannah Noonan

Hannah Noonan is senior communications operations manager at the Public Policy Institute of California. She manages PPIC’s communications project timelines, performance monitoring, and budgets; she also assists with public events. Previously she was the center administrator at the PPIC Water Policy Center. Before joining PPIC, she was a project and events coordinator for a marketing agency specializing in information technology. She holds a BA from Humboldt State University, where she majored in communication studies.
