Dimitar Delchev
IT Systems Manager
Dimitar Delchev is IT systems manager at the Public Policy Institute of California. He works to support the networking, servers and advanced technology for the institute. Dimitar brings nearly a decade of experience working in network administration and advanced technical expertise with IT industry standards, cloud services and modern security protocols. Prior to coming to PPIC, he was the Datacenter & Infrastructure Manager for Rafter.com, based in San Mateo. Prior to joining Rafter, Dimitar worked as a network engineer at Bookrenter.com. He graduated from Diablo Valley College with an associate degree in computer science and holds several Cisco, Microsoft and CompTIA certificates.
