Ricardo Bonilla

Ricardo Bonilla is the manager of people and culture at PPIC. He has devoted more than 20 years to working in the nonprofit sector, serving and uplifting some of the Bay Area’s most underrepresented voices. He cares deeply about DEIB initiatives and workforce development, and loves to help his teammates grow by identifying resources and developing learning pathways. He is a life-long learner, fortunate to have had excellent therapists, social workers, and HR mentors in his career who have influenced his leadership and management style. He pursued his fine arts studies at the San Francisco Art Institute and completed certificate programs in nonprofit management and organizational leadership & communication at the University of California, Irvine.
